Understanding the Cause
Narcissistic abusers are bullies who engage in a pattern of behavior that creates confusion and doubt. Make no mistake about it, this behavior is 100% intentional and is designed to gain control over your ability to make decisions as well as to destroy your confidence. Their main goal is designed to demean and humiliate.
As a survivor of these toxic predators I understand their patterns as well as the trauma bond that keeps one hooked and unable to break free.
Phone Sessions
Having someone to talk to who understands the complexities of abuse has changed the lives of my clients. Being able to identify the source of their personal or professional roadblocks is key to stop attracting these emotional scorpions. Roadblocks hold you back from creating the life you deserve. Roadblocks can be caused by past negative childhood experiences or trauma. My goal is to help my clients unravel, understand and then release the obstacles that are holding them back.
All of my sessions are guided by my client's needs and the topics they choose to discuss. Clients can focus on anything from trauma, dysfunctional family situations, narcissism, addiction, loss, anxiety, depression or whatever one needs to talk about, My promise is to be there for you to help guide you on your path to emotional freedom and physical recovery.
